We offer a full refund if the eSIM was purchased within 30 days, has not been installed (QR code not scanned), and no data has been used. If the eSIM was installed but less than 1% of the data was used, you may be eligible for a partial refund or store credit. Refunds are not available once the plan has been used unless there’s a documented service failure. If your phone is incompatible or locked and you notify us within 30 days without activating the plan, you may also qualify for a refund. Requests must be made to our support team with your order number and reason, and approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days. Refunds may be denied if the eSIM was used, installed on an incompatible phone, sent to the wrong email, or the request is past 30 days.
